The informal and welcoming atmosphere which comes from the open plan layout is ideal for a holiday stay and is also easy to maintain so you can really relax here on your holiday. A door opens out to a covered terrace with alfresco dining area boasting wonderful lake views for you and your guests to enjoy and a fantastic place to unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine. The sleeping accommodation is ideal for a small family of up to 3 guests, with a lovely and well proportioned master double bedroom which additionally offers incredible lake views to wake up to! The charming second bedroom features a single bed ideal for children and pretty furnishings. The property also features a newly fitted bathroom with a washbasin, spot-lit vanity mirror, shower, WC, bidet and a washing machine for guest’s convenience. Outside from the terrace area guests can enjoy a sunny lake view lawn and a lovely swimming pool ideal for splashing around during the summer months. Please be aware that hours of use for the swimming pool are from 9am-7pm each day. Dates the swimming pool is unavailable to guests are from 31st July-1st August and 9th-17th August so please be aware of this when booking. From the picturesque hillside location guests can easily reach the historical northern lake capital of Gravedona with its wide choice of cafes, restaurants, high street shops and sports facilities which range from tennis courts, football pitch, cycle paths, running piste and boating school. The pretty lakeside village of Domaso is just 8 minutes drive away and offers a variety of amenities including grocery shops and restaurants. Just 30 minutes drive away from Gera Lario guests can explore the very pretty and famous resort town of Menaggio, which forms one of the golden triangle towns of Lake Como and also provides a car and passenger ferry service to the other two golden resort towns of Varenna and Bellagio. A fast passenger ferry service also operates from here to the cosmopolitan city of Como where guests can enjoy a day shopping, fine dining and seeing the latest art and musical shows which the splendid Villa Olmo hosts throughout the year. Menaggio also offers a coach service to Bergamo airport. The family friendly Madesimo ski resort can also be reached by car in just 80 minutes, providing a fantastic day out during the ski season for beginners and experienced skiers and snowboarders! | |||||||||||||||||||||

| To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. | |||||||||||||||||||||
